The Biography of the Lost Letter Society

Chris Paluch-Ok, Its me I write the music, for my own personal reasons. I have been writing music since age seven on starting on a cheap little yamaha synthesizer, now I play half a dozen instruments, but the ones I play most are keyboards and guitars. I play a cheap Peavey Telecaster copy, I named it Keleidoscopic Ladybug since it is covered in colorful stickers and has ladybugs on it. My Keyboard is a Seil OR-400, which is vaguely similiar to a moog opus 3. My favorite bands are: Apples in Stereo, Belle and Sebestian, The Sundays, Mazzy Starr, The Smiths, The Cure, The Feild Mice, The Minders, Salako, EBTG and Whistler. I am pretty keen on indiepop labels to, especially Kindercore Records, Sarah Records, March Records, K records, The Bus Stop Label, And Elephant Six Records. There are a great deal more Indie Pop records and bands I am into they will be int the link section.

Bryan-When I first met Bryan, all I can think in my mind was They Might Be Giants, and I was absolutely correct. He is a play tambourine and other drum stuff. He works in a comic book shop. He likes Ska and shoegazer stuff at the same time. Certianly a rare specimen. Bands Bryan likes: They Might Be Giants, Pale Saints, HAM, The Hippos, B*witched. Me and Jen Boniger(Indian Ocean, ex-Trabbi Escape) think his taste in music needs to be improved so we are trying to turn him into an indie pop kid. I still thing he is a nice guy, despite the fact he likes Ska-Punk. He was one of the first to buy my first tape and one of the few people I trust enough to work with without imposing a style that I don't like. Despite the fact that he listens to ska, he is still one of the few people to remember the early ninties and shoegazer and folk pop music, and actually likes it. This is why I trust him so much.

Johnny- He is cool, he plays violin, guitars, keyboards, and half a dozen other instruments. His taste in music is really bizarre. Mostly he likes female singer songwriters. I really do not know that much about him other than he plays roleplaying games and spends alot of time looking at computers. He is probably one of the best muscians I met, I really do not know that much about him outside of that.

Thats the band, we play music, people say we sound like a velvet underground based band, which I do not mind. Yo La Tango is a velevet Underground based band, so is Mazzy Starr, so is Half a dozen other bands I like.
